JN-AMF Double Station Vertical Sand Shooting Horizontal Parting Molding Machine
Overview
JN-AMF series of automatic molding machine with vertical sand shooting, vertical molding, horizontal parting advantages as one.
The double station is equipped with two independent sets of upper and lower sand boxes. The vertical turnover mechanism rotates one set of upper and lower sand boxes up 90 degrees to the bottom of the sand shooting bucket, and applies air pressure sand shooting and compaction from the top sand bucket. When the operation of the compaction link is completed, the upper and lower pressure plates are backed back, the sand ejector head leaves the sand box, and the gate rod leaves the mold together with the upper compaction plate. In order to maintain the horizontal position of the sandbox to complete the unpacking operation, turn the vertical turnover mechanism further down 90 degrees.
The connecting plate is driven by the cylinder to rise to the lower plane of the sand mold, while the top punching plate is driven by the oil cylinder to push the sand mold from the sand box to the bottom, and the sand mold is smoothly lowered to the pushing table by adjusting the back pressure of the connecting cylinder. At this time, the pushing device pushes the sand mold onto the pouring cooling line from fast to slow, and the whole process is a molding cycle.
After the completion of compaction and demoulding, the two sets of upper and lower sand boxes are replaced by 180 degree rotating mechanism to carry out the work flow of the next cycle.

6. Horizontal Parting & Ejection: After compaction, flasks rotate 90° reversely for horizontal parting and smooth ejection, facilitating seamless connection with subsequent pouring and cooling processes.
7. Adjustable Sand Shooting Height: Sand shooting height can be linearly and precisely adjusted to control sand consumption on demand, reducing molding sand waste and lowering overall production costs.
