This design allows one station to perform molding while the other station handles core setting, enabling parallel processing of molding and core setting. As a result, two upper molds and two lower molds can be operated simultaneously, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

1. Improved production efficiency: Core setting time is a critical factor affecting the molding cycle when core setting is involved. The dual-station molding machine allows molding to proceed at one station while core setting is performed at the other, effectively reducing the impact of core setting time on the overall molding cycle and substantially increasing output per unit time. According to practical application data, the production efficiency of dual-station molding machines is approximately 50% higher than that of single-station machines.

2. Enhanced resource utilization: The dual-station design allows for more efficient use of equipment operating time, reducing waiting time and idle periods.

3. Increased production continuity: The dual-station design enables continuous molding and core setting processes, avoiding the frequent start-stop cycles typical of single-station designs, thereby improving the continuity and stability of production.
