JNP Horizontal Sand Shooting Molding Machine
Features
1. Compressed air is used to shoot molding sand horizontally and uniformly into the flask from the side, ensuring complete filling and pre-compaction.
2. After shooting, hydraulic cylinders compact the sand inside the flask; the cope and drag flasks are then moved apart to strip the pattern plate from the mold, completing the process and producing the final sand mold.
3. Hydraulic compaction delivers high-hardness and evenly distributed sand mold, significantly improving casting dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
4. One-touch operation combined with a touch-screen HMI featuring graphic and text prompts enables fully automatic operation and lowers operator skill requirements.
5. Mold height can be set anywhere within the allowable range with linear precision.
6. The servo-motor-controlled hydraulic system is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
