Shooting and Pressing Molding Stage:‌

Both sides of the mold block feature mold cavities. The complete casting mold is formed by the cavity between two opposing blocks, with a vertical parting plane.

The gating system is located on the vertical parting face. As the blocks push against each other, when pouring occurs within the middle of the mold string, the friction between several blocks and the pouring platform can withstand the pouring pressure.
The upper and lower boxes always slide on the same set of guide rods, ensuring precise mold closing alignment.

Demolding Stage:‌

Hydraulic/pneumatic drives achieve shell compression and pressure-maintained demolding.
Features a conveniently designed core-setting station. The drag box does not need to slide or rotate out, and the absence of obstructing pillars facilitates easy core placement.
